Equador's Flag
This flag of Equador & the Galapagos Islands has been in use since 1860. The flag shows Equador's coat of arms being guarded by a condor. The national colors of the flag are symbolic: yellow signifies the confederation, blue symbolises independence from Spain, and red is supposedly for courage. The people of Equador and the Galapagos Islands are very proud of their flag and its history.
